Terms and Conditions AN-OCEAN DRIVE Technical Services Website: https://an-oceandrive.com Effective date: 14 October 2026 1. About These Terms These Terms and Conditions govern purchases, bookings, quotations, and services provided by AN-OCEAN DRIVE Technical Services. Please read them before placing an order or approving work. Any project-specific quotation or service agreement will identify the agreed equipment, scope, price, and schedule. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies available under applicable Nigerian law. 2. Our Products and Services We sell HVAC equipment, parts, and accessories and provide installation, replacement, repair, and maintenance services for residential and commercial customers. We accept enquiries across all 36 Nigerian states and the Federal Capital Territory. Equipment availability, service scheduling, travel arrangements, and delivery charges depend on your location and project requirements. 3. Customer Information Please provide accurate contact information, service or delivery addresses, and relevant equipment or project details. You must have permission to authorize work at the property concerned. Inform us of known hazards, access restrictions, electrical issues, or other conditions that could affect the work. Incorrect or incomplete information may require changes to the quotation or schedule. We will explain any resulting changes before requesting your approval. 4. Quotations and Estimates Quotations describe the proposed equipment or work, applicable charges, payment arrangements, and any stated validity period. An estimate is an indication based on available information. Where an inspection is needed, the final scope and price may differ. We will explain material changes and obtain your approval before carrying out additional chargeable work. Unless expressly included, a quotation does not cover unrelated electrical upgrades, structural alterations, permits, or additional work discovered during inspection. 5. Prices and Currency Prices are stated in Nigerian naira unless another currency is expressly agreed. Applicable taxes, delivery charges, installation fees, travel costs, and other material charges will be disclosed before you approve the transaction. Products marked “Request Price” require a quotation. If we discover a material pricing or availability error, we will contact you to explain the correction and available options, including cancellation and an appropriate refund where payment has already been received. 6. Orders and Acceptance Submitting an order records your request. An automated acknowledgement or payment receipt does not, by itself, confirm stock allocation, a delivery date, or an installation appointment. We will confirm acceptance and relevant arrangements separately. If we cannot fulfil a paid order, we will explain your options and arrange an appropriate refund for any unfulfilled supply. Product images are illustrative unless identified as photographs of the specific item. Equipment supplied must correspond with the agreed description, specifications, and applicable quality requirements. 7. Payments Depending on the transaction, payment may be required in full, as a deposit, or according to an agreed payment schedule. Where enabled, online payments are processed through Paystack or Flutterwave using provider-hosted checkout. Do not send card security codes, banking passwords, or full card details through our contact forms or messaging channels. A successful browser redirect is not proof of payment. Payments are confirmed after backend verification. Keep your transaction reference and receipt for enquiries. Paying a booking deposit does not automatically confirm an appointment. 8. Delivery and Pickup Delivery or pickup arrangements will be agreed for your order. Any delivery timeframe provided before confirmation is an estimate. Please ensure that the delivery address is accurate and that an authorized person can receive the equipment. Tell us promptly about visible damage, missing items, or incorrect goods so we can investigate and arrange the appropriate remedy. A delivery signature or failure to identify a problem immediately does not waive rights relating to hidden defects or other protections under applicable law. Additional delivery attempts or storage arrangements may involve reasonable charges where disclosed and agreed. 9. Service Bookings A booking submitted through the website is a request until we confirm it. Preferred dates and time windows depend on availability, location, equipment requirements, and the scope of work. We will communicate any necessary scheduling changes. Emergency enquiries are subject to our actual emergency-service availability. The website does not guarantee immediate attendance or round-the-clock service unless expressly stated and confirmed. 10. Installation and Site Access Before work begins, we will agree the installation or service scope and any relevant preparation requirements. Customers should provide safe access to the work area and any utilities reasonably required for the agreed work. We may pause work if conditions are unsafe or necessary access is unavailable, and explain what must be resolved. Additional work or materials require your approval and an agreed price. We will not treat the original booking as unlimited authorization for extra charges. 11. Repairs and Maintenance Diagnosis may require inspection and testing. A reported symptom may have more than one cause, and further faults may become apparent during assessment. We will explain the proposed repair and applicable charges before proceeding. Replacement parts and further work are subject to availability and approval. Maintenance supports appropriate system care but does not guarantee that equipment will never fail. Any findings, recommended repairs, or service limitations should be communicated as part of the work. 12. Warranties and Consumer Remedies Manufacturer warranties vary by product. Any additional installation or workmanship warranty will be described in the quotation, invoice, or service agreement. These warranties supplement rather than replace applicable consumer rights. A stated warranty expiry does not automatically remove a remedy available under law. If equipment or services are defective, unsafe, unsuitable for an agreed purpose, or materially different from the agreed description, contact us with your reference and details of the issue. We will assess the matter and provide the applicable remedy, which may include correction, repair, replacement, or a refund. 13. Cancellations and Rescheduling Contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel or reschedule an order or appointment. Any cancellation charge must be lawful, reasonable in the circumstances, and explained to you. Relevant factors may include notice given, the nature of the order, and work or costs already reasonably incurred. Deposits are not automatically treated as non-refundable. Where the law requires cancellation without a charge, we will respect that requirement. If we cancel or cannot perform the agreed supply, we will explain available alternatives and provide an appropriate refund for the unfulfilled portion. 14. Returns and Refunds Returns and refunds are handled under our published Payment, Cancellation and Refund Policy and applicable law. Please contact us before arranging a return so we can provide instructions and assess the appropriate remedy. Keep available proof of purchase and relevant information about the issue. Do not continue using equipment that appears unsafe. Return requirements concerning packaging, condition, or documentation will not be applied to deny a statutory remedy. We will communicate refund decisions and expected processing arrangements. Payment-provider processing times may affect when funds appear in your account. 15. Website Use and Uploaded Content You must not misuse the website, submit fraudulent information, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorized access. Upload only photographs or information you are entitled to share. Avoid including unrelated sensitive information or images of people without appropriate permission. Website branding and original content may not be reproduced for misleading or unauthorized commercial purposes. 16. Privacy Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information collected through enquiries, purchases, bookings, and communications. Information may be shared with authorized staff and relevant service providers where necessary to process your request or fulfil the agreed work. 17. Delays Outside Our Reasonable Control Events such as severe weather, transport disruption, security restrictions, or supply interruptions may affect delivery or attendance. We will notify you of material delays and discuss reasonable alternatives. Such events do not automatically remove your rights to cancellation, refunds, or other remedies under applicable law. 18. Responsibility and Liability We remain responsible for obligations imposed by law and for the agreed supply of our products and services. Nothing in these terms excludes or waives responsibility for fraud, negligence, misrepresentation, defective performance, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Customers remain responsible for their own unauthorized alterations, misuse, or damage they cause, subject to the facts and applicable law. 19. Complaints and Disputes Contact us first with your order or booking reference, a description of the concern, and any supporting information. We will review the matter and discuss a suitable resolution. You may also seek assistance from the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission or pursue other remedies available under Nigerian law. Contacting us first does not remove those rights. These terms are governed by applicable Nigerian law. 20. Changes to These Terms We may update these terms for future transactions. The current version will appear on this page with its effective date. Changes will not retrospectively alter an accepted order or service agreement without your agreement, except where required by law. 21.
